These Terms of Service set out the rights and obligations for use of CareerHubStep.pro and participation in our professional development training. By using the platform or enrolling in training you accept these terms. CareerHubStep operates under Malaysian regulatory requirements and these terms are designed to support a transparent, safe and professional learning environment.

Eligibility

Users must be eligible to enter into a binding agreement and to use the training services in accordance with local laws. Certain programmes may impose additional eligibility criteria specified in course descriptions.

Participants must be at least 16 years old to register without parental consent unless a course listing specifies a different requirement. If you are under the specified age, parental or guardian consent is required.

You agree to use CareerHubStep services lawfully and not to engage in illegal activity or breaches of others' rights while using the platform.

Availability of certain courses or features may be limited by country. Access from outside Malaysia may be subject to additional restrictions and local law.

Account Responsibilities

To access member features you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for activity that occurs under your credentials.

You must provide accurate and current information during registration and update it as necessary to keep records correct.

Keep login credentials confidential. Notify CareerHubStep immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or a security breach affecting your account.

Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, assigned or sold to another person without express written permission from CareerHubStep.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact CareerHubStep immediately at the contact details provided so we can take appropriate steps to secure the account.

CareerHubStep may suspend or restrict access to an account where there is suspected misuse, a breach of terms, or for contribute relating to security or compliance.

Service Provision

CareerHubStep provides professional development training, course materials, assessments and related services. Course descriptions and schedules are published on CareerHubStep.pro. Training content is delivered online or in-person as specified.

We may modify, add or discontinue courses, features or pricing. Where practical we will provide notice to affected users prior to significant changes.

We strive for high availability of the platform but do not promise uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be scheduled with advance notice where feasible.

User Conduct Rules

Participants must follow reasonable rules of conduct to preserve a constructive learning environment. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour towards others
  • Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials
  • Attempts to bypass platform security or access restricted content
  • Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Using the platform for unlawful or malicious activity
  • Disrupting assessments or certification processes

User-Generated Content

Users may submit feedback, forum posts, assignments and other content. By submitting content you represent you have the right to share it and that it complies with these terms.

You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to the rights you grant CareerHubStep to operate the service.

By submitting content you grant CareerHubStep a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, distribute and display the content as necessary to provide the service and promote relevant programmes.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of user-submitted content. CareerHubStep may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

CareerHubStep reserves the right to remove or disable access to user content that infringes policy or law, and to act on reports from rights holders.

Intellectual Property

All materials, branding and course content provided by CareerHubStep are protected by intellectual property rights. Users must not reproduce or redistribute proprietary materials without permission.

  • Do not copy or republish course content without authorization
  • Do not remove or alter copyright or activity notices
  • Do not use CareerHubStep branding in a way that implies endorsement without permission

Paid Services and Fees

Some CareerHubStep courses and services require payment. Fees, billing schedules and included features are set out on course pages and at checkout.

Course fees are displayed in the currency and amount at the time of purchase. Taxes and additional charges may apply and will be disclosed prior to payment.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing you authorize collection of amounts due using the chosen payment method.

Recurring subscriptions will continue until cancelled. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your account settings or by contacting support.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the refund policy stated for each paid offering. Refund requests should be submitted promptly after the issue arises.

Cancellations of paid services must follow the process described on the relevant course or subscription page. Some time-based access may not be eligible for full refunds.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to purchases under local law. CareerHubStep will collect taxes where required and display them at checkout.

We may change pricing for future purchases. Existing paid subscriptions will be billed according to the terms agreed at the time of sale unless otherwise notified.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access until outstanding amounts are settled.

Educational Disclaimer

Content provided by CareerHubStep is for educational and professional development purposes only. Outcomes depend on participant effort, prior experience and other factors. Course materials do not constitute legal, medical or business advice. Participants should seek independent professional advice for decisions with legal or business consequences.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CareerHubStep and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or participation in training. Liability for direct losses will be limited to amounts paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months, except where otherwise required by law.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools and services to deliver training (such as video hosting, analytics and payment processors). Use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Termination and Suspension

CareerHubStep may terminate or suspend access to services for breaches of these Terms, illegal activity, or when required for security or regulatory reasons. Users may cancel their account in accordance with platform procedures.

On termination, access to paid content may be revoked and certain data may be retained to satisfy legal obligations. Some user-generated content may remain if required for operational or legal reasons.

Communications and Notices

Notices may be sent by email, platform notification or posted on CareerHubStep.pro. You are responsible for keeping contact information current. Marketing communications follow the preferences you set and provide unsubscribe options.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms. Significant changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms will be addressed under Malaysian law and competent courts in Malaysia.

CareerHubStep — Dispute Resolution and Terms Enforcement Policy

If a dispute arises, parties should attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the appropriate Malaysian courts in accordance with applicable law.
